We take the protection of data privacy seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in line with legal provisions.
Due to new technologies and a continuous development of this website we update the privacy notice according to legal requirements. We therefore recommend that you regularly read the privacy notice.

Collection of Access Data and Logfiles

The use of our website is possible without providing personal data. For technical reasons, we only save access data such as user logfiles without any personal information – e. g. to trace attacks, for debugging of scripts and for quality assurance in case of dysfunctions and errors. The logfile information is also stored for safety reasons (e. g. for investigations of abuse or fraudulence). Data storage only occurs for a short period of time up to a maximum of 30 days, afterwards the data are deleted. Data which need to be stored for the purpose of proof are exempted from the deletion until the respective incident is clarified.
User logfiles contain the following data: IP address of the user, login name of the user if a http authentication is applicable, timepoint of the request (server time), content of the website request forwarded by the browser of the user, a result status code of the request, the data size of the reply to the request, a referral (URL of previously visited site - if forwarded by the browser of the user) as well as voluntary details of the browser of the user, which are usually used e. g. for optimization of website display (e.g. the used browser).

Data Transfer to Third Parties

A transfer of data to third parties only occurs in line with statutory provisions.
If service providers are involved, e. g. for technical support of website maintenance, we take adequate legal provisions as well as technical and organisational measures, to guarantee security of personal data according to statutory provisions.

Use of Contacting Options

If you contact us as the website provider by the provided contact options (e. g. via email), your data are stored as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected if no other legally prescribed period for safekeeping applies.
Subsequently, we delete your personal data. Without your consent your data will not be transferred to a third party or used for another purpose.

Your Data Protection Rights

You have the right to request information about which personal data are stored about you. You may request the correction, restriction of the processing and deletion of your personal data.
If applicable, you have the right of data transferability. Moreover, you have the right to object processing of your personal data or to withdraw consent to data processing at any time (please also see below).

Deletion of Data

The data stored by us are deleted as soon as they are not needed anymore to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and if there is no other legally prescribed period for safekeeping applicable.
If data are not deleted because they are necessary for other legally permitted purposes, data processing is restricted. That means, data are blocked and are not processed for other purposes. This is applicable if data have to be stored for reasons given in the mercantile or tax law.

Right of Objection and Right to Withdraw of Consent

Users of our website have the right to object to processing of their personal data at any time. Moreover, users can always object to future processing of their personal data according to statutory provisions at any time. The objection can be directed especially against processing of data for direct marketing purposes.

We reserve for ourselves to adapt our privacy policy from time to time in order to always adhere to the current legal requirements or to implement changes of our services within our data privacy statement, e. g. when establishing a new service.
